Delivery Policy

Batch Layout Generator Pro is a digital product. There is no physical shipment.

How and when you receive the product

• Immediately after your payment is confirmed, your license key is delivered on the order confirmation screen and by email — typically within a few minutes.
• The same email contains the download link for the installer and a link to the installation & activation guide.
• You install the plugin, then enter your license key using the Activate License command to unlock it (ZWCAD / GstarCAD editions).

If you don't receive your key

If your license key or download link has not arrived within 30 minutes of payment, please check your spam folder, then contact beka@greenroadgroup.com.ge with your order number and we will resend it promptly.
