Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your purchase and use of Batch Layout Generator Pro and other software provided by Green Road Group LLC ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the software, you agree to these Terms.

License

• The ZWCAD / GstarCAD edition is provided as an annual subscription at $49.99 per year. One license key activates the software on one machine and covers both the ZWCAD and GstarCAD editions.
• The license is personal and non-transferable. You may move your activation to another machine by deactivating the current one first.
• The AutoCAD / Civil 3D edition is distributed and licensed separately through the Autodesk App Store under Autodesk's terms.

Subscription & renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, the software's generation features are disabled, but your existing drawings are never altered.

Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the licensing of the software.

Intellectual property

The software and all related materials remain the property of Green Road Group LLC.

Disclaimer & liability

The software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Road Group LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Always review generated output before use in production work.

Payments

Orders are processed by our reseller, 2Checkout (Verifone), acting as Merchant of Record. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
