Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your purchase and use of software sold by Green Road Group LLC through this website. By purchasing, downloading, installing or using our software you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

Who we are

Green Road Group LLC is a company registered in Georgia, with its registered address in Tbilisi. Our company identification and VAT number, postal address and contact details are shown in the footer of every page and on our Company Information page. You can reach us at beka@greenroadgroup.com.ge.

What you are buying

You are buying a licence to use the software, not the software itself. We remain the owner of the software and of all intellectual property in it. Your licence is personal to you or to the organisation that bought it, and may not be sold, sublicensed, rented or transferred to anyone else.

How the licence works

  • One licence activates the software on one computer, and on that computer it covers every supported CAD platform installed there.
  • A licence runs for the term you paid for and renews automatically unless you cancel.
  • You may move a licence to a different computer. Release it on the old computer first, then activate on the new one. If the old computer is lost, broken or otherwise unavailable, contact us and we will release it for you.
  • Because a licence is for one computer at a time, there is a limit on how often it may be moved to a new computer within any 30-day period. This exists to prevent one licence being shared between several people. Ordinary use does not reach it, and if a genuine hardware change causes you to reach it, contact us and we will clear it.
  • Activation requires an internet connection. Ordinary use afterwards does not require a constant connection.
  • Some editions of our software are distributed through third-party application stores and are licensed by those stores instead. Those editions do not use a licence key from us, and these licensing terms apply only to the edition purchased from this website. The product page states which applies.

Multiple licences for teams

If your organisation needs more than one licence, you may buy as many as you need. Each licence still activates one computer. Contact us if you would like a single invoice or an arrangement covering a larger number of seats.

Subscription, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term at the price then in effect, using the payment method on file. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next charge and your licence remains fully usable until the end of the term you have already paid for.

If we change the price of a renewal, we will tell you before that renewal is charged, and you may cancel instead.

When a licence ends

If your subscription ends or is cancelled, the licensed features stop working. Your drawings and files are never altered, locked, encrypted or damaged. Anything you have already produced with the software remains yours, remains readable, and can still be opened, edited and shared using your CAD application in the normal way. Renewing restores the features immediately.

Delivery and refunds

Delivery is electronic and immediate; see our Delivery Policy. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Where you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a right of withdrawal for digital content, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately on purchase at your request. Our refund policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory rights you have.

Updates and support

While your licence is active you receive updates we release for that product, and support by email. We aim to answer within two working days. Support covers installation, activation, licensing and defects in the software. It does not cover training in your CAD application, work on your drawings, or customisation, though we are happy to quote separately for those.

We may change, improve or discontinue features over time. If we discontinue a product entirely, we will not charge a further renewal for it.

Acceptable use

You may not copy the software except for ordinary backup, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble it except to the extent the law expressly permits, remove or alter any notice in it, circumvent or tamper with its licensing, or share a licence key with anyone outside the organisation that bought it. We may disable a licence that has been shared, resold or obtained fraudulently, or where a payment has been reversed.

Your CAD software and your data

Our software runs inside third-party CAD applications that we do not control. It is your responsibility to hold a valid licence for the CAD application you use, and to keep backups of your drawings. As with any software that edits files, you should test on a copy before running an operation on important work.

Warranty and liability

We provide the software with reasonable care and skill, but it is provided "as is" without any further warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the software will be free of defects or that it will work without interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss or corruption of data. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the software is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle personal data, including the data our licensing system stores, is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Payments

Payments are processed by our authorised reseller, who acts as merchant of record for the sale. Your payment details are handled by them and are never seen or stored by us. Their terms also apply to the payment transaction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase or renewal is the one that applies to it. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, and the courts of Georgia have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of your own country of residence.
