We want you to be satisfied with Batch Layout Generator Pro. If it does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

• Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• The refund covers the price paid for the current subscription term.
• Once a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated and the software may no longer be used.

How to request a refund

Email beka@greenroadgroup.com.ge from the address used at purchase, including your order number. Refunds are processed by our reseller, 2Checkout (Verifone), back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to appear.

Subscription renewals

Subscriptions renew annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation stops the next charge and your license remains valid until the end of the paid term.
