14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Initial purchases of any software licence on this website are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
  • The refund covers the full amount paid for the initial subscription or licence term.
  • Upon issuance of a refund, the associated licence key is immediately revoked and disabled on our licence server, and the software features will cease to function.
  • Any drawings, models, layouts, or project files you created while using the software remain completely unaltered, undamaged, and accessible in your CAD application.

After 14 Days

Refund requests submitted after 14 calendar days from the original purchase date are non-refundable. We encourage you to install, activate, and evaluate the software within the first two weeks to ensure it fulfills your engineering and drafting requirements.

Subscription Renewals and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing term using the payment details on file. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, during which your licence remains fully functional.

Subscription renewal charges are non-refundable once processed. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.

Third-Party Marketplace Purchases

Software licences purchased through third-party application stores (such as the Autodesk App Store) are subject to the terms, conditions, and refund policies of that specific store. We cannot issue refunds or alter transactions executed through third-party platforms.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a purchase made on this website, send an email to beka@greenroadgroup.com.ge from the email address used at checkout, containing:

  • Your 2Checkout order reference number.
  • The name of the software product purchased.
  • (Optional) A brief explanation of why the product did not meet your requirements — your feedback helps us improve our engineering tools.

Refunds are processed by our authorized reseller and merchant of record, 2Checkout (Verifone), directly back to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution or card issuer, the credited amount typically appears on your account within 3 to 7 business days.
